Calmer l'esprit, créer de l'espace

Je sais par expérience qu'une vie avec une pratique régulière est une vie plus riche et plus complète. Une vie sans problèmes n'est pas une vie humaine ; une vie avec le yoga est une vie avec une boussole interne pour aider à naviguer habilement notre humanité.

J'ai commencé à enseigner le yoga pour transmettre la beauté et la puissance d'une pratique qui permet l'épanouissement personnel. Une pratique régulière du Yoga Iyengar crée un environnement pour pacifier le corps et apaiser l'esprit. Mon objectif d'enseignement est d'aider mes étudiants à apaiser leur esprit en ouvrant leur corps.
